Being in the privileged position of watching a reality show about the place I spend most of my time after home and work is a fascinating experience. You know the crew and editors have done a good job when they successfully home in on a person who deserves to be highlighted. That’s why Paul Rutherford’s emotional star turn in episode 2 felt particularly gratifying: he’s as genuine a guy as you’ll ever come across, and it’s good to see that they spotted that early on.
