Well, that was good, wasn’t it? An incredible day—truly incredible. A day when the Wrexham team did themselves proud, and so did the Wrexham supporters’ group. Born from the Wrexham Ultras, very much the singing wing of the fanbase, they travelled in numbers and surely picked up plenty of new recruits, too.
It was one of my favourite ever experiences as a Wrexham fan—and I’m ancient. I’ve been a Wrexham fan for a long time. But wow, what an experience. What a victory.

As I set myself up in the press box, I grew more and more excited watching the crowd build. How full is this place going to get, I wondered. Just after kick-off, there was a crowd gathered at the top of the stand. They’d come out from the back rooms where the offices are, only to find there were no seats left.

That says everything about what this Wrexham team is all about. They inspire commitment and enthusiasm. You’ve just got to love them. They play with verve and positivity. They go out of their way to connect with the fans and show their gratitude, and they do it all with smiles on their faces.

It’s such a joy to watch them and to share in their success.

And there we are—another trophy for Rob and Ryan, another famous moment, another massive win for Wrexham AFC.

I don’t know about you, but I’m quite enjoying football at the moment!
